Test Manager

As a Software Test Manager at our Coimbatore location, you will play a crucial role in overseeing test strategy, test execution, and test management activities. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of QA testers, developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies aligned with Agile principles, and ensuring high standards of software quality. - Lead and mentor a team of QA testers to create a collaborative, growth-oriented, and high-performing environment following Agile principles. - Develop and implement a testing strategy covering functional and non-functional testing aligned with Agile principles. - Design and execute test plans for user stories in Agile sprints, including E2E flows, REST API testing, and UI testing. - Advocate for non-functional testing practices such as performance and security testing within Agile iterations. - Supervise test automation efforts using frameworks like Selenium and Rest Assured for efficient test execution in Agile sprints. - Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective test cases within an Agile setup. - Manage the testing life cycle in Agile sprints, including test case creation, execution, defect logging, and tracking. - Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and implement best practices within the Agile framework. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). - Profound knowledge of functional testing methodologies (Integration, E2E, API, UI). - Strong understanding of non-functional testing, including performance and security testing principles. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Solid analytical thinking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in an Agile environment. - Experience in working within an Agile development environment.,
