Analyze requirements (functional and non-functional) and translate them into detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases. Design, develop, and execute manual test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on product requirements and specifications. Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT) and Risk Based testing across multiple platforms. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through their life cycle using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA) Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for continuous product and process improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams (development and product) to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Review and provide feedback on product documentation, requirements, and specifications. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, sharing best practices and promoting a qualityfirst mindset.
