To excel in this role, you should have expertise in the Banking/Finance domain with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience. You must possess hands-on experience with Test Management activities, Agile techniques, and various test levels and types. Proficiency in Selenium, Java scripting, Maven, Cucumber, Jenkins, and CI-CD pipelines is essential. Additionally, familiarity with ALM test management tools and Agile Team management tools is required. The role also demands excellent communication skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work in multi-disciplinary, self-organized teams.
