JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end QA activities across banking applications. Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution approaches. Manage and mentor a team of test engineers. Coordinate with Business, Development, Product, and Customer stakeholders. Ensure quality deliverables within project timelines. Monitor defect lifecycle management and conduct root cause analysis. Drive test automation and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Prepare and share test metrics, dashboards, and status reports with management. Handle customer communication and manage expectations effectively. Support SIT, UAT, Regression, and Production Validation activities. Mandatory Skills : Strong Banking Domain experience. Hands-on experience in: Internet Banking (IB) Mobile Banking (MB) Payments Systems Strong knowledge of: Fund Transfers (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS) Beneficiary Management Bill Payments Merchant Payments Account Services Experience in API Testing and Integration Testing. Strong understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes. Experience leading teams of 5-15 testers. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills. Preferred Skills : API Testing
