Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with expertise in Retail testing and SQL. The ideal candidate should have experience in Purchase Orders/PO, Item, Credits, and Invoicing. This position is based in the company's office located at [Happiest Minds Technologies Pvt.Ltd].

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design and implement automated testing scripts using SQL and other relevant tools.
Analyze and report defects found during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Lead and mentor junior testers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in retail testing.

Job Requirements

Highly proficient in Retail testing (Purchase Orders/PO, Item, Credits, Invoicing) and SQL.
Good understanding of Databricks testing is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies and best practices.
