Test Lead - Digital Health & Connected Experience

You will be joining Kenvue's team as a Test Lead for the Digital Health & Connected Experience platform in Bangalore, India. Reporting to the Global Technical Product Owner Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our mobile applications and connected devices. The Global Digital Health & Connected Experience Platform is a comprehensive solution that integrates various digital health mobile applications and connected devices. It streamlines services under a unified framework, promoting maintainability and service continuity. The platform's modular architecture supports both mobile and hybrid solutions, enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and innovation within the organization. Your responsibilities as a Test Lead will involve leading testing activities for the Connected Experience Platform, focusing on automation and continuous integration. You will design and execute testing strategies for mobile applications, React Native apps, and backend APIs to ensure high-quality deliverables. By leveraging automation tools like Roboto, you will optimize test processes, improve test coverage, and minimize manual efforts. Collaborating closely with development teams, you will integrate testing into the development lifecycle, fostering agile methodologies and quick feedback loops. Key responsibilities include standardizing testing processes, overseeing functional and performance testing, designing and executing various tests, utilizing automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring test execution, reporting progress to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in testing practices, and mentoring team members. Desired qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of software testing experience with a focus on automation, expertise in testing mobile applications and backend APIs, proficiency in automation tools like Selenium and Roboto, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. If you have experience with performance testing tools, CI/CD practices, mobile and web testing frameworks, software as a medical device, or test management tools, it would be considered a plus.
