As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for timely execution of New Product Development (NPDI) and sustaining Test Engineering activities, which includes performing Design For Testability (DFT) Analysis. You will be expected to prepare Scope of Work for quoting Test Fixtures at PCBA and Final Assembly, as well as for Functional Test Program Development and Integration of PCBA and Final Assembly Fixtures with Fixture Suppliers. Collaboration with the Project Management office and industrialization Project Leaders will be crucial in determining timelines, costs, testing cycle times, and other Planning Metrics. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and communicating Timelines and Requirements for New Firmware/Software Deployments to Plants and Contract Manufacturers. Your responsibilities will also involve facilitating Functional Test Fixture Definition and Deployment to contract Manufacturers, which includes providing Test Instructions, Facility requirements, Calibration schedules, Preventative Maintenance tasks, and Spare Parts. Furthermore, you will provide Test Plan support to rack PDU Business for New Product Development and Custom Products. Continuous improvement of Testing Cycle Times and Test record reporting mechanisms will be part of your role, along with composing and reviewing Engineering Change Orders. You will be expected to set individual Goals and provide ongoing status updates, as well as execute identified Developmental Tasks and Training. Ensuring the execution of Administrative tasks such as timekeeping, training, etc. will also fall under your purview.,
