Proven experience in managing test processes and testing end-user applications. Strong experience in interacting with clients and managing expectations Interacting with clients and managing their expectations effectively. Working effectively in diverse, multi-cultural teams ISTQB Foundation/Advanced Level Test Manager certification is a plus Hands-on experience with SAP testing processes is beneficial but not mandatory
