Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Test Management Good to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an SAP Test Lead, you will be responsible for defining the test strategy, application architecture testing, quality assurance, and test execution across SAP S/4 HANA platforms. Your role includes developing the SAP test strategy using industry-leading tools such as Tricentis -Tosca, NeoLoad, and Jira for defect management. Additionally, you will lead the testing phase of a large S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables Roles & Responsibilities:Must have experience working on SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC green field implementation project as SAP Test Lead. Define and develop the SAP test strategy, approach, and toolset selection for automated and manual functional testing, including execution of SIT, E2E, performance, and regression testing across SAP and end-to-end testing during Test phase of the project. Leverage expertise in SAP testing tools, including Tricentis Tosca, NeoLoad, and Solution Manager, to drive efficient test execution. Design and develop test suites, test scripts, test plans, test frameworks, and test data to ensure solutions meet technical and functional performance requirements. Plan and execute agile Test Preparation and Test Execution work plans for the Test Phase. Ensure QA/Test environments are ready and effectively coordinate with the Data Migration team to complete various testing cycles. Collaborate with Technical and Functional Teams to ensure defects are logged and resolved within the planned schedule. Define entry and exit criteria for each test phase, providing metrics and reports on test execution progress. Support and execute UAT test preparation and execution in collaboration with end users. Develop reports and Test metrics, that visualize test suite outputs, offering insights on test progress and highlight bottlenecks and risk and issues to client leads and Management. Professional & Technical Skills: Expert in implementing best practices for testing strategy and test automation in SAP environments. Deep understanding of SAP test applications, including Tricentis, Jira (Defect Management), and Solution Manager. Extensive experience in applying test automation across SAP applications and end-to-end business processes, including boundary systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to diverse audiences. Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in time management, decision-making, and exercising sound judgment. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions. Experienced in working with and guiding diverse, Onshore teams and end client.
