Job Description

Application requirement gathering including the Number of hosts in Full Stack, Number of hosts in Infra mode, Number of Service Calls, log Monitoring, User Sessions, Session Replay Percentage and Synthetic Monitoring Understand application landscape in detail
Capture Server Details & Technology stack Understand internal downstream systems / 3rd party interfaces
Define KPI to be monitored and threshold conditions
Capture current performance baselines
Understand expectations from APM solution
Identify Roles for APM access Follow up on Application pre-requisites fulfilment by HDFC Bank Verify Availability of Hosts, Host group names Create Standard Dashboards, Management zones, auto tagging rules, Alerting Profiles Demo to application owners, Custom
Configuration Create view for OPS team, business Dashboards Integration with banks native tools Re-configuration of Dynatrace, Manage Engine and AppDynamics dashboards as per requirement
