Test Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Attending daily/weekly project meetings & understanding technical requirements
• Performing all assigned testing activities including functional, non-functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Reporting and escalation of issues.
• Collaborate with the development and operations team for quick closure of tasks.
• Pay attention to detail and ensure quality as expected by the role
• Proactively takes ownership of responsibilities and helps the team solve problems with a strong sense of process discipline
• Create and maintain test cases & test reports/trackers
• Proficient in Developing and maintaining automated regression test cases in Cypress.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ yrs of experience in Selenium/Protractor Automation(analyze, design, and automate tests)

3+ yrs of experience in API Testing (Jmeter)

3+ yrs of experience working in an agile team

Proactive in monitoring and reporting issues

Experience in creating and maintaining test plans and test reports/trackers

Cypress - Automation for both (UI and API), a minimum of at least 1-2 experience is required.
