Test Driven Java Lead Developer VP-Pune

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst position is a senior-level role that involves establishing and implementing new or updated application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will partner with various management teams to ensure the proper integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements. Additionally, you will resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and industry standards. Your expertise in applications programming and knowledge of system flow will be crucial in ensuring that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. As a Technology Lead Analyst, you will be required to possess 10-15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles. Extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming, along with project management skills, will be essential. A strong ability to adjust priorities quickly, demonstrated leadership qualities, and clear communication skills are also required. Additionally, expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a must-have for this role. In terms of education, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary, with a Master's degree being preferred. You will also play a significant role in the Prime Brokerage Technology team, providing technical leadership for agile development teams and championing best practices in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment. Your responsibilities will include hands-on development, system analysis, architecture design, and overseeing production support processes. Technical experience in Java and Test-Driven Development is essential, with knowledge in additional technologies such as Kotlin, Cloud Technologies, Messaging Technologies, Database/Data Store/Data Query Technologies, and Observability Technologies being advantageous. Your role will also involve leading design, planning, and estimation discussions, translating complex business needs into technical specifications, and driving continuous improvement in SDLC, agile, and DevOps processes.
