Description Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with development teams to finalize Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and define performance acceptance criteria. Provide time and effort estimates for all performance testing activities, including planning, scripting, execution, and reporting. Build comprehensive performance test plans aligned with business goals, system architecture, and expected load patterns. Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies using NeoLoad or similar performance testing tools. Integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline using GitLab, enabling continuous validation throughout the delivery lifecycle. Monitor application performance in real time using New Relic or equivalent APM tools and identify performance bottlenecks. Utilize SQL to validate and analyze backend performance, identify slow-running queries, and support database tuning efforts. Build intuitive visualizations and dashboards for performance metrics using tools like New Relic Insights, Grafana, or custom solutions helping teams understand trends, issues, and optimization opportunities. Provide detailed performance test reports, including root cause analysis and actionable recommendations. Work closely with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to embed performance best practices and ensure performance is considered from the start. Lead performance testing efforts for large-scale enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, stability, and responsiveness under peak loads. Required Skills: 3 7 years of experience Expert-level proficiency in NeoLoad or equivalent performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) for test design, execution, and results analysis. Strong hands-on experience with New Relic or comparable APM tools for application performance monitoring and diagnostics. Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation, performance analysis, and identifying slow-performing queries. Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or similar tools, enabling automated and continuous performance validation. Proven ability to build dashboards and visualizations of performance metrics using tools such as New Relic Insights, Grafana, or Kibana. Deep understanding of non-functional requirements (NFRs), performance test planning, and acceptance criteria definition. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of performance issues across application, infrastructure, and database layers. Overview We re looking for Test Analyst professionals who are driven and passionate about Testing and Quality, who can perform design, preparation and execution of testing across an enterprise scale application landscape. A strong background in super, insurance and financial systems will be highly advantageous. Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities Undertake Test Execution, Test planning, scope the testing required, estimate the effort and duration of testing, and determine environment requirements. Ensure that all Testing activities for an assigned project are successfully delivered according to an agreed project plan / schedule, and meets identified success criteria and are therefore fit for purpose. Review project business requirements, technical specifications, end to end Business Processes and solution design documents, highlighting any gaps or potential improvements and feed into Test planning and test design artefacts. Map Requirements to test cases in Application Lifecycle Management tool (ALM) including associated test steps and test data. These planning activities will ensure systems conform to design documentation and standards describing functionality, robustness, data integrity and other technical attributes. Raise defects and track them to closure within the set timeframes, thereby minimizing any impacts on test execution delivery. Expected to follow the test processes and procedures which are defined within the Testing practice framework. Actively participate in driving continuous improvement measures to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Testing Interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate the case for investments and alternatives in the language of business. Experience & Personal Attributes Proven experience in a test role across various test phases including Functional testing, Systems and Systems Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing Strong communication skills with the aility to work effectively as part of a team Experience in API / Web services / Microservice testing Experience in automation tools such as Selenium or SOAP UI or Postman
