As a Salesforce Senior Software Consultant at ABSYZ Software Consulting Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing customer Salesforce solution projects. This includes working with various Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud (CRM), Service Cloud (Call Centers), Collaboration Cloud (Chatter), Marketing Cloud, Custom Cloud, and integrations to ensure the scope and customer expectations are met. You will collaborate with customer management, subject matter experts, and IT personnel to complete Salesforce implementation tasks. Additionally, you may manage smaller Salesforce projects or subsets of larger projects, applying a general understanding of business operations. Your role will involve setting Salesforce implementation standards, responding to customer management inquiries, documenting requirements, technical standards, and conditions, and communicating project statuses. You will work with delivery partners, customer teams, and AppExchange vendors to deliver results and serve as a Salesforce implementation expert influencing customer senior management on significant Salesforce matters. Working under general direction, you will independently determine and develop solutions within tight deadlines. Key skills required for this role include proficiency in Lightning Components, Events, Component Bundles, Salesforce Configuration, Customizations, Triggers, VF pages, Test class batch class, Workflows, Process builder, Approval processes, and Deployment using tools like Eclipse or Change Set. You should have demonstrated the ability to analyze and design complex solutions independently and possess strong teamwork, customer service, organizational, and planning skills. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Platform Developer 1 certification and have a graduation degree in Computer Science or related fields.
