The responsibilities for this position include service, calibration, and troubleshooting of process control instruments. You will be required to perform these tasks on a variety of instruments such as Pressure Transmitters, Switches, RTDs, Level Transmitters, etc. Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrument readings through meticulous calibration procedures. Additionally, you will provide technical support to clients through phone calls, on-site visits, emails, and other communication channels. It will be your responsibility to address inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to ensure the smooth operation of instruments and systems. You will also be expected to prepare service reports, test certificates, and technical documents detailing the tasks performed, calibration results, and any identified issues. The ideal candidate for this position must be flexible with travel requirements for on-site service visits and client support. A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering is required. Proficiency in preparing technical documents, reports, and certificates is essential. The candidate should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in calibrating, servicing, and troubleshooting products related to Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Building Management Systems (BMS). This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with a yearly bonus.
