Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Good to have skills :Automated Testing, TOSCA Testsuite

Summary:As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that testing is not only thorough but also predictive and intelligent. You will focus on enhancing control, accuracy, and integrity in testing practices, while also exploring innovative testing products and solutions to drive improvements across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in testing processes.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies. Proficiency in SAP Business Suite Testing.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with TOSCA Testsuite, Automated Testing.- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.- Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts.- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Business Suite Testing.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
