Test Automation - Java/Selenium - Manager/ Senior Manager

As a Test Automation Manager/Senior Manager, you should have 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in JAVA/Selenium technologies. Your role involves managing test automation frameworks, release & defect management, and developing frameworks using Java Spring. It is essential to have a solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile development methodologies. You will be responsible for efficient defect management, test coverage analysis, and developing UI automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or BDD. Operational knowledge in Java or other coding languages, UNIX commands, and SQL queries would be advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to collaborate effectively in a multi-location/time zone team setting. Your tasks will include designing and developing test packs for various test cycles, selecting appropriate strategies and tools, managing all test phases in STLC, scheduling and executing test cycles, and improving operational efficiency through process enhancements.
