You should have a strong knowledge in Test Automation using QTP with a minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation projects. It is essential to possess a strong understanding of VB Script and SQL. Experience in Agile Methodologies is required. You should have practical experience in implementing automation frameworks such as Keyword and Hybrid. Good English and client communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to create Test plan/Test Strategy. Being flexible to support in different situations is important. Knowledge in Selenium is an added advantage. Openness to work in 2nd shifts (1pm -10pm) is required. Excellent English communication skills are a must.
