15 years full time educationSummary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance testing strategies, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring the highest standards of quality in software products. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze testing outcomes, and contribute to the evolution of intelligent testing approaches that leverage automation to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness in quality assurance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Continuously assess and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium, TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
