Must have skills : Performance Testing Strategy Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Test Automation Engineer, you will transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve implementing quality processes, utilizing automation tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality processes. Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality of software products. Identify and report defects and issues in a timely manner. Conduct performance testing and analysis to optimize software performance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium and JUnit. Knowledge of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter. Experience in analyzing performance test results and identifying performance bottlenecks. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. This position is based at our Kolkata office.
