Must have skills : Performance Testing Strategy Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Required UG Degree Summary :As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing performance testing strategies and evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement performance testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. Design and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools and methodologies. Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks, providing recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software applications. Stay updated with the latest advancements in performance testing and automation, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies. Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in industry-standard performance testing tools and methodologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Solid grasp of performance testing concepts such as load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
