Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Architect with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Selenium and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium, ensuring they are reliable and efficient.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in testing and quality assurance.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Selenium and its applications in automation testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
