Job Description

Job Summary:

The Test Architect L1 is responsible for defining test strategies, frameworks, and automation architecture to ensure product quality and performance across complex enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement test automation frameworks and tools.
Drive testing strategy across functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for CI/CD test integration.
Evaluate emerging testing tools and best practices.
Mentor QA teams and ensure test coverage and traceability.

Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C#).
Experience with cloud-based testing and performance engineering.
ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.
