This is more of a Test Architect, technical based, not people manager role.

Im looking for someone who is good in tranformation lead

qa pratice, high level of technical understanding

ability for automation creation.

Transformation Lead 12+ Years of experience

Strong knowledge of QE practices and QA to QE transformation
High level technical understanding of automation framework design (Python, Pytest, Java (exposure), BDD, etc)
Able to identify high-impact areas and plan automation strategy
Efficient in managing and distributing work across automation teams
Supports the team by addressing challenges and providing guidance
Clear communicator with strong collaboration across ITH and NA teams
Skilled in reporting, tracking progress, and managing risks
Stake holder communication and management and decision-making abilities
