qa pratice, high level of technical understanding

ability for automation creation.

Transformation Lead 12+ Years of experience

• Strong knowledge of QE practices and QA to QE transformation
• High level technical understanding of automation framework design (Python, Pytest, Java (exposure), BDD, etc)
• Able to identify high-impact areas and plan automation strategy
• Efficient in managing and distributing work across automation teams
• Supports the team by addressing challenges and providing guidance
• Clear communicator with strong collaboration across ITH and NA teams
• Skilled in reporting, tracking progress, and managing risks
• Stake holder communication and management and decision-making abilities
