Test Analyst with Fraud claim

NTT DATA is looking for a Test Analyst with Fraud claim experience to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India. As a Test Analyst, you should have a minimum of 6 years of Testing/Analyst experience, preferably in the Fraud Claims Domain. You must have a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies, along with experience in test management and defect tracking tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is also required. Job Responsibilities: - Create detailed and reusable test cases for complex business scenarios. - Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of applications. - Execute test plans and test cases to ensure they meet provided requirements and features of the releases. - Mentor junior testers to adhere to best practices. - Execute critical and high-priority test cases and analyze results. - Report defects with clear documentation and liaise with developers for resolution. - Collaborate with the domain consultant for domain-specific validations. - Perform Peer review of Junior Testers on complex requirements. Mandatory Requirements: 1. Must be ready to work in Global Village, Bangalore. 2. Must be ready to work in US Shift (04:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST).
