The brand offers a solution to upkeep wide range of high-end bags, automobile upholstery, and leather furniture, targeting the upscale retail segment. This role is crucial for establishing relationships with local retailers, driving sales, and expanding market presence in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities Market Entry & Brand Establishment: Lead efforts to introduce the brand in the Bangalore market, focusing on retailers specializing in high-end leather goods, furniture, and automobile upholstery. Sales & Relationship Management: Identify and build partnerships with key retailers in the region. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring long-term relationships with retail partners. Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize brand exposure and achieve sales targets. Identify potential business opportunities within the territory to grow market share. Product Education & Promotion: Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions with retailers to showcase product quality, brand values, and competitive advantages. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and suggest improvements to the brand’s strategies and offerings. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain regular reports on sales performance, territory progress, and retailer feedback to ensure alignment with business goals and sales forecasts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Up to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the leather, vegan leather, luxury retail, or automotive upholstery industries. Proven track record of territory sales, market development, and establishing new brand presence. Strong knowledge of the Bangalore retail landscape, with existing connections in the high-end furniture, automotive, or luxury retail sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Skills & Competencies Sales Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets. Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and establish lasting relationships. Strategic Thinker: Capable of planning and adapting sales strategies based on market insights and feedback.
