Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Understand, collect, and report customer requirements during visits
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities
Make regular visits to promote and sell laboratory products at clinical research organizations, government laboratories, academic institutions, research centers, hospitals, and/or healthcare institutions
Schedule meetings and prepare product presentations for prospective customers
Track sales leads and maintain customer database
Negotiate product prices according to company policies
Manage order processing, sales, delivery, and provide post-sale support
Prepare quotations, follow up to close orders, and coordinate with internal team
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization

Work Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: Undergraduate degree - Good to have
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willing to travel and visit customers in person
Basic computer skills, email exchange, proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Language (Verbal) English and local language

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
