JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE: Territory In charge would be managing below mentioned task: Depot Management Ensuring availability of Fleet Ensuring availability of Operators Third party provider management KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operator shift planning and ensuring availability of Fleets by timely maintenance. Need to ensure productivity of Depot Ensure RSA case management 24x7 Monitor and guide Operator on Standard Process. Coordinate with Regional Manager for TP Audit and new launches of fleets Management of third party providers Billing reconciliation TPP Network expansion documentation Technical Training Management SOP training to TPP PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS: Should be from Automobile background with minimum 2Years experience and have good understanding for vehicle maintenance Has knowledge on detailed geographical locations of Bangalore Minimum qualification- graduate/ diploma (Automobile/Mechanical) Team Management expertise Ability to explore new vendor price negotiation MS Office, MIS Reports Cost control Need to ensure 100% digital platform conversion Cost control of depot Third party network Need to manage team of 15 members Technical process training Should be available 24x7 to manage service escalations if any.
