The Training Agent Sales Automation will be responsible for conducting structured training sessions on the Sales Automation application at distributor points in the regions of Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, North East Rajasthan, MP, CG, and Gujarat. You will ensure that Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) and Sales Representatives (SRs) understand all modules of the tool including order booking, beat planning, and performance tracking. The role involves coordinating with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Regional Managers (RMs) to ensure smooth training logistics and maintaining consistent communication with the Regional Manager and MIS team. You will be required to provide post-training support to DSRs and SRs, address any initial queries or issues related to the app usage, and share training feedback with the MIS and Project team. Daily reporting, submission of attendance sheets, and session photos will be part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining training checklists and sign-off sheets from participants and distributor owners. Compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ethics, and confidentiality requirements is essential. The ideal candidate for this position should be a minimum graduate in any stream with at least 12 years of experience in field training, FMCG sales, or retail sales. Familiarity with mobile apps, CRM tools, or sales automation software will be advantageous. Fluency in the local language along with basic English is required, and being tech-savvy with good communication and interpersonal skills is a plus. The role will involve traveling 20-25 days per month within the assigned zone. The compensation for this position includes a monthly take-home salary ranging from 18,000 to 20,000 based on experience and location, along with travel allowance and mobile/data reimbursement as per actuals or project policies. The Training Agent Sales Automation will report to the Regional Manager - Training Program and the MIS Coordinator for daily data reporting. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and the work location will be in-person within the assigned regions.,
