We’re expanding rapidly in Lucknow and Tier-2 cities and looking for dynamic professionals to drive growth. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard builders, developers, and property agents in Lucknow and nearby regions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Generate leads through field visits, networking, digital outreach, and local events. Pitch Bhuexpert’s value proposition (fraud-free property verification, legal support, builder trust programs) to potential customers. Conduct market research to track real estate trends, competitors, and opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to run local campaigns and builder promotions. Manage the sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM. Key Skills RequiredStrong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English). Ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Knowledge of real estate in Lucknow/U.P. preferred. Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools. Self-motivated with target-driven mindset. Willingness to travel within Lucknow & nearby districts. QualificationsGraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
