As a prospective candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of water-based paints, oil-based paints, and water-based powder putty. Your duties will also include quality control and testing of these products to ensure they meet the required standards. Additionally, you will be involved in tinting emulsion paints and distempers using a spectrophotometer, creating shades such as terracotta, ming red, dark green, fantasy green, vibrant orange, signal red, and more. You will be required to conduct initial testing of water-based production batches and supervise the filling process of all emulsion products. Candidates with prior experience in the Paints Industry will be given preference for this role. This is a full-time position with a work schedule that includes day and morning shifts. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Jalandhar, Punjab, before starting work. A Diploma is preferred as the educational qualification, and a total of 3 years of work experience is preferred for this role.
