Company Description Terra International MUN is the world’s first sustainable Model United Nations conference, focusing on climate action and diplomacy. We host international conferences that bring together young leaders, diplomats, and changemakers to address pressing environmental and social issues. With events held in multiple cities worldwide, Terra International MUN offers delegates a premier MUN experience, guided by over 100 advisors and leaders from diverse backgrounds. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the Vice President, located in Hyderabad. The Vice President will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of Terra International MUN. Responsibilities include leading the implementation of sustainable initiatives, ensuring the successful planning and execution of events, and fostering relationships with stakeholders and delegates. The Vice President will also manage teams, develop policies, and drive the organization's mission forward through strong leadership and innovation. Qualifications Leadership and organizational skills Experience in event planning and management Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of sustainability and global issues Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders Experience in the field of diplomacy or international relations Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field
