Specialist - Contract Management, position is responsible to support the Sourcing team in drafting, reviewing and negotiating Supplier contracts in collaboration with Legal team and also work closely with various internal and external stakeholders for the effective execution of contracts. He/ She shall have more than five (5) years of relevant experience in Contract Management or Legal domain specific to contracts review, drafting and negotiation of Supplier contracts. Contract Management Specialist will have excellent drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiation skills. In addition, they should have the following skills and qualifications. You’ll Need To Have Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Excellent knowledge of the legal terminologies related to contracting, research and advisory support. Experience in Contract Management/legal domain providing end to end Contract Management lifecycle support.
