Job Opportunity: HR- Employee Relations (ER) - Day Shift & Night Shift Location: Velachery, Chennai Experience: 2+ Years Shift: Day & Night Shift Company: Global Health Care Billing Partners Role & Responsibilities: Plan and conduct comprehensive new employee orientations. Identify training and development needs for employees and facilitate the required programs. Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Prepare and maintain Quality Dashboards to report progress and overall quality metrics. Initiate and manage timely investigations, prepare necessary documentation, and recommend corrective or disciplinary actions. Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Review and update employee rules and regulations as required. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement. Handle employee grievances effectively, ensuring prompt resolution. Maintain and update the HR information system and employee database. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Employee Relations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in research methodology, analysis, and problem-solving. Ability to manage and resolve employee-related issues.
