Foster effective communication and teamwork within the terminal. Develop and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships . Handle accidents, incidents, and non-conformances effectively. Oversee budget control and overall terminal functionality. Health & Safety Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety procedures and safe work practices . Performance Monitoring Define, measure, and track key operational metrics across terminals. Conduct regular follow-ups with terminals to ensure performance targets are met. Engagement and Communication Lead weekly engagement drives for collaboration and alignment across terminals. Act as a bridge between the ROE, GOE and Terminals to address operational challenges. Carry out process confirmations of critical planning process, post incidents and for improvement. Technology & Innovation Lead rollout of Terminal Operating System (TOS), upgrades and enhancements across terminals. Drive digitalization and innovation projects to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Partner with IT teams to identify and deploy technology solutions for operational excellence.
