The Assistant - Trading Support at Bunge in Kandla, Gujarat, India, will play a primary role as a Field Coordinator overseeing and managing on-site operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of field activities. Acting as a bridge between the Plant team and Execution Team, the Assistant will handle logistics and Transporter coordination. Key Responsibilities include: - Coordinating with surveyors and transporters for loading operations from the Kandla terminal. - Collecting Demand draft from the Kandla refinery and sharing it with the terminal within the provided time frame by the railway for the issuance of the RR Copy. - Monitoring rake loading operations from the terminal. - Attending to shortages issues by conducting Cross weightment on respective tankers/terminals as a Bunge representative. - Collecting Manual BoE from the custom officer and Handing over BoE to the terminal during Custom non-working hours. The ideal candidate should possess the following knowledge and skills: - Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer knowledge, Excel, Word, and Mail. - Language: Ability to speak Hindi and English. - Education: Graduation. - Experience: Experience in handling transporters and Terminal Co-ordination, preferably from the Oil industry. Experience in working on filed tanker movement, Surveyor Co-ordination, and refinery coordination. Exposure to CHA & Custom will be an added advantage.
