We are seeking Machine Learning (ML) Experts with expertise in electromagnetics/CFD-ACE products to join our team. As a ML Expert, your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing machine learning software solutions for semiconductor device and thin film metrology. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and build ML-based software solutions. Your role will involve optimizing algorithms, developing APIs, and implementing solutions using Python with TensorFlow. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing unit tests, providing technical support during testing phases, and documenting the software solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in machine learning, particularly using regression models and the TensorFlow framework. Proficiency in Python or C#, software architecture, and modern development practices is essential. Experience in parallel/distributed computing, API development, and Azure DevOps would be advantageous. Knowledge of computational physics, numerical simulations, and semiconductor technology is also desirable. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience leading or managing a team of machine learning algorithm engineers. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with at least 10 years of experience, a Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or a PhD with 5 years of experience in a related computational field is required. Candidates with a background in Physics/Mathematics, experience in AI/ML/DL from Tier-1 colleges like IIT, IIIT, VIT, NIT, and previous work in engineering product companies, particularly in sectors such as Qualcom, Samsung, Siemens, Philips, Oracle, Adobe, Toshiba, Aerospace, Electrical, Automobile, or Hardware manufacturing, will be given preference. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The interview process will consist of 3 technical rounds, a fitment round, and an HR round. Relocation expenses are available, and candidates can work from the office for 3 days a week. International candidates willing to relocate are also encouraged to apply. Please note that candidates with experience in healthcare or banking products, or from companies like HCL and TVS, will not be considered.
