Core responsibilities

• Player development: Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies; develop personalized training plans to address strengths and weaknesses; and provide constructive feedback.
• Training and instruction: Plan and conduct training sessions for individuals and groups; lead drills and exercises; and demonstrate proper form and movement.
• Performance analysis: Evaluate player abilities and monitor progress over time to adjust training as needed.
• Motivation and support: Encourage and motivate players to improve; foster a positive attitude and promote sportsmanship; and provide mental and emotional support.
• Competition preparation: Prepare athletes for matches and tournaments; attend matches and competitions; and help develop game strategies.

Additional duties

• Equipment and facility maintenance: Ensure equipment is in good condition and safe for use and maintain facilities.
• Communication: Communicate with players, parents, and staff regarding training schedules, tournaments, and progress.
• Safety and well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Administrative tasks: Manage player schedules and handle administrative duties as required.
