We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender & Vendor Registration Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process and vendor registration activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and applying for relevant tenders, ensuring compliance with submission requirements, and handling vendor registration with government and private entities. This role requires strong coordination, analytical, and organizational skills to enhance business opportunities and streamline procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: Tender Management: Identify and evaluate relevant tenders from various government and private sector portals. Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents as per client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary documents and approvals. Ensure compliance with tender submission guidelines, deadlines, and eligibility criteria. Maintain a database of tenders, bid outcomes, and follow-up on submitted tenders.
