Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound professional with in-depth knowledge of industrial building civil works and water infrastructure (WTP/STP, MPS/SPS) for our Bidding & Tendering team. The role involves a complete understanding of tender documents, technical evaluations, costing, estimation and coordination for bid preparation and submission. Key Responsibilities: Detailed Review of Tender Documents for Industrial Building & Water Projects, including: PQ Criteria & JV Conditions Scope of Work, Technical & Commercial Terms EMD/Performance Security, Payment Terms, Contract Clauses Prepare and present Tender Summary to management for BID/NO-BID decision . Conduct Price Bid Evaluation and BOQ Preparation for: Structural & Finishing Works (Buildings) Civil Works for WTP/STP/MPS/SPS O&M Components Pipelines and Allied Civil Infrastructure Perform process-related calculations such as: Plant Sizing (WTP/STP) Head Loss, Line Sizing, Load List Power & Chemical Consumption Guarantees Prepare technical proposals , including: P&ID Diagrams Plant Layouts and Hydraulic Flow Diagrams (HFD) Land & Utility Requirements Coordinate with internal teams (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation) for comprehensive costing inputs. Attend pre-bid meetings , raise and respond to client queries, and liaise with vendors for technical quotations. Fill in all required bid formats and schedules , such as: Datasheets Guarantee Schedules Financial Bid Formats Ensure timely and compliant submission of Technical & Financial Bids as per tender guidelines. Key Skills & Knowledge Areas: Industrial Building Construction (Factory Sheds, RCC Buildings, Admin Blocks, Utility Buildings) Water Civil Projects: WTP/STP, Pumping Stations (MPS/SPS), Pipeline Works Strong understanding of tender clauses , contractual conditions , and project costing Skilled in preparation of P&ID, BOQ, Load List, Layouts, and Process Datasheets Costing of construction, electromechanical, pipeline & O&M components Familiarity with government/PSU/urban infra tenders Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and tendering software tools Desired candidate profile: 10-20 years of experience in bidding & tendering for industrial building civil works (WTP/STP/Pumping Station). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong expertise in preparing technical proposals, bids, cost estimation, and tender document preparation.
