Tendering Engineer Electrical

As a Tendering Engineer in the electrical field at TMAK, your role involves being responsible for tendering activities related to electrical packages for modular buildings and substations. You will need to review RFQs, analyze customer specifications, and prepare techno-commercial offers for various electrical components. Your key responsibilities include: - Participating in the GO/NO GO process for tendering activities - Thoroughly analyzing customer specifications, data sheets, SLD, and RFQ documents - Coordinating with various OEMs to obtain optimized electrical solutions - Ensuring high quality of technical offers - Performing cost-out exercises to remain competitive - Demonstrating value engineering and increasing customer engagement - Participating in technical query closure meetings with customers - Preparing commercial bids according to TMAK terms & conditions - Supporting business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction - Collaborating with various functions and customers, including electrical packages, Instrument, Telecom, HVAC, F&G disciplines, Quality, Testing, Construction departments, and sales teams Basic Requirements: - Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with 3 years of experience in a similar position - Basic knowledge of MV GIS/AIS, PMCC/MCC LV switchgear, AC & DC UPS, Transformers, Variable frequency drives, soft starters, DB - Solution and customer-centric approach - Familiarity with products of competition - Knowledge of ISO procedures, company rules, national and international standards, rules & regulations, safety, quality, and environmental guidelines In addition to the above, the job also involves collaborating with various departments and customers, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and maintaining a customer-centric approach. This full-time, permanent position requires you to work morning shifts at the Kochi, Kerala location. Prior experience as a Tendering Engineer in the electrical field is preferred.,
