Your main responsibilities include: Visiting sites and preparing techno-commercial proposals within the specified time frame. This involves preparing and reviewing designs, drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), specifications, rate analysis, and construction methodology to meet project requirements efficiently. Optimizing systems and ensuring efficient turnaround time for proposals to enhance project delivery timelines. Reviewing, modifying, and creating technical documents for the Indian subsidiary of the sector. This includes revising technical data sheets, tender specifications, training materials, and other relevant documents after obtaining approval from the Head of Department (HOD) on a monthly basis. Studying soil investigation reports, input data, loadings, and drawings provided by customers to develop designs, drawings, quantities, and other project-related documentation accurately. Ensuring that project specifications with suitable Pre-Qualification (PQ) criteria are included in tender specifications during the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR). Continuously updating information on market scenarios and competitor knowledge to stay informed about industry trends and developments. Populating Smart Terms & Conditions to streamline project processes and contractual agreements effectively. Preparation of Techno- Commercial offer based on the Tender Specifications and /or Customer Inputs Preparing system level design (high level design) in consultation with engineering design team, selection of components, preparing BOM and Costing estimates. Preparation of Technical Proposal including proposal drawings (GA drawings, Block diagrams, etc) and other technical data as per tender requirement. Preparation of drawings & Diagrams required for the Proposal. Preparation of other Compliance Documents as per tender requirement. Experience on working with Control Systems / Panels having Embedded Controllers, PLCs, Panel PCs, HMI and electrical switchgear Knowledge on various communication interfaces like Ethernet, RS485, Fibre optic, etc. Knowledge of various standards for components like IS, IEC, BIS, NES, Def Stan, UL, etc. Experience in different enclosure designs for panels & operating consoles, panel layouts and Heat load calculations. Power Electronics product like Variable Frequency Drives, Static Frequency Converters, Soft Starters, DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, UPS, Battery Chargers, etc for high power applications. Main Switchboards and Electrical Distribution Systems, Power Management System (Main Switchboards, Emergency Switchboards, Power Distribution Boards and Energy distribution Centres (EDCs) Electrical Starters or Starter cum Control System including PLCs/Embedded Controllers, Starter configurations like DOL, Star – Delta, Soft Starters, VFD based starters, AC/DC customised starters for Motor & pump application.
