Tender/ Qs Engineer - Corporate Interiors

You will be responsible for managing costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, and providing expert commercial advice to ensure successful project outcomes, particularly focusing on corporate interior projects. Your key responsibilities will include conducting feasibility studies, preparing and managing project budgets, developing detailed cost estimates and tender documentation, analyzing tender returns, negotiating contracts, conducting site visits for progress monitoring, managing commercial risks and disputes, collaborating with project stakeholders, providing expert advice on procurement strategies and contract administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, BE Civil, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in corporate interior projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, proficiency in cost estimation, excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines are essential requirements.
