Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive cost management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and manage all costing and pricing aspects of a tender, contributing significantly to the creation of competitive and successful bids. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Finance, Industrial, Procurement, etc.), support bid and project teams with cost analysis, and much more. You'll specifically take care of Should Costing and Zero Based Costing analyses, but also support the bid manager in the preparation of the Instruction For Quotation (IFQ). Developing competitive cost structures and strategies for bids Leading cost estimation and improvement actions Collaborating with Finance to optimize financial costs and improve bid competitiveness Consolidating tender costs and selling prices in line with financial rules Ensuring the robustness of costing and supporting bid validation processes Preparing costing packages for Tender Review Meetings Supporting the project team on costing for variation orders

Duties & Responsibilities: Meet the quarterly and annual Sales target Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner. Maintain relationships with customer by providing support, information, and guidance Visiting Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors etc. and Educating about our Product to them. Suggesting the required modifications. Giving Presentations about our company & the various products manufactured by us. Understanding the drawings & technical Specifications required. Formulating various tender packages along with techno commercial evaluations of the tenders Providing quotations, Providing Catalogues, Samples, getting samples approved from the concerned person Liaise with various Architects, Corporate Clients, Government, Banks for obtaining various approvals & clearances Negotiations, Follow up for the Orders, Getting Product specified. Attend and convert Door and Wardrobe customers Follow up on Customers Make entries in the CRM Providing the Proforma. Getting PO, advance, coordinating with seniors for time bond delivery Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients /Architects. Customer relationship management and MIS reports for Project monitoring. Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & other important matters. Preferably Should have knowledge of Doors. Preferably should have experience of selling modular furniture and office furniture. Preferred Skills Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge. The ability and desire for a sales job with a confident and determined approach. Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently. Should have a sense of Business Intelligence Should be able to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills Collaboration Skills Negotiation & Persuasion skill Speaking English level 4/5
