Vinayak Enterprises is looking for a Tender Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. To coordinate, prepare and compile bis submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications. Prepare Technical Financial bids in assistance with seniors and Prepare documents fore-tendering on portals. Receive and deal with enquiries from clients concerning tenders. Also regular follow up with prospective buyer for a purchase order. Processing or preparation of any additional documents or process as required by customers. Preparation of EMD and bank Guarantee Statement. Active involvement in coordinating the site supervisors and project in charge. Drafting and Negotiation of agreements/Commercial contracts needed for business operations. Able to manage proactive communication with client and interface with other disciplines. Good command over the English language and communication. Practical knowledge of excel and its various function.
