Job Title: Tender Executive Company: Minimac Systems Pvt Ltd Location: Chakan, Pune (Work from Office) Department: Sales Reports to: Department Head Role & responsibilities Regularly monitors ongoing tenders Tender Scouting on several Platforms. Managing GeM portal (bidding through GeM, Category generation and upload on CRM, Stock management, tracking tender on the portal). Checking PAR of several tenders. Reply on after bidding inquiries Issue resolving if any post bidding. Market Intelligence and Competitive landscape-related work. Reviewing tender documents informations to top management to get approval for bidding. Maintaining internal communication with regard to tender-related activities. Responsible for the continuous monitoring of the tender submission process Compliance to documents required for submission of tenders Liaising with government bodies for tender inquires Requirements BE Mechanical/Postgraduate/Masters. Preferably with 2+ years of experience . The candidate must have his/her own laptop. Immediate Joining is preferable. Should have good communication skills. Perks and benefits
