Position: Tender Executive

Location: Jhajjar, Haryana

Experience: 2–5 years (Tendering / Bidding / Documentation)

Role Overview

The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, including preparation, submission, and follow‑up of bids. The role requires strong knowledge of tender documentation, government/PSU portals, and compliance with industry standards. The candidate should have prior experience in energy, utilities, electrical items, infrastructure, petrochemical, or process industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant tenders from government, PSU, and private portals.
• Prepare tender documents, technical proposals, and financial bids.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, technical) for required inputs.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all requirements.
• Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and bid submissions.
• Track tender status, follow up with clients, and support negotiations.
• Assist in vendor registration and empanelment processes.
• Prepare MIS reports on tender activities and success rates.
• Stay updated with government procurement policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of tendering process, bid preparation, and documentation
• Familiarity with GeM portal, e‑procurement portals, and government tender systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of industry standards in energy, utilities, electrical, infrastructure, petrochemical, or process industries

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering
• Diploma/Certification in Tender Management or Contracts (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
