We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage the full tendering lifecycle—from
identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting competitive bids. The ideal candidate
will monitor tender portals, evaluate opportunities in coordination with internal teams, and
ensure timely, compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess tenders aligned with company goals
Coordinate with technical and finance teams for bid inputs
Prepare and review proposal documents
Submit tenders as per guidelines and follow up on status
Maintain accurate records and update the tender database
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and e-tendering platforms
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
