Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to bid submission and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling government and private tenders, documentation, and compliance with procurement guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and evaluate government and private tender opportunities relevant to the company’s business.
· Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents, including financial and technical proposals.
· Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines.
· Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, production) to gather necessary documentation and information.
· Track tender status, manage correspondence, and follow up on bid progress.
· Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and procurement data.
· Analyze tender results, identify improvement areas, and suggest bidding strategies.
· Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, procurement departments, and key stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
