TENDER EXECUTIVE ( FOOD SALES)

Job Profile: Tender Executive

The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process on GeM Portal and other government/e-procurement platforms, ensuring timely submission, compliance, and documentation. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in FMCG or export-related tender management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor relevant government and private tenders related to FMCG/export categories.
• Manage registration and bidding process on GeM Portal, CPPP, and other e-tender platforms.
• Prepare and compile all tender documents including technical, financial, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, sales, logistics) for documentation and pricing.
• Maintain and update vendor registrations and pre-qualification documents.
• Follow up on tender results, submit clarifications, and manage post-tender correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with tender terms and maintain accurate records of all submissions.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain a database of tenders submitted, won, and lost.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GeM Portal, CPPP, and e-procurement systems.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF management).
• Good understanding of commercial and legal tender terms.
• Ability to handle multiple tenders under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
